Another person reaching the milestone of living 100 years has some advice for you - drink Guinness!

Doris Olive Netting of England swears by drinking her daily glass of the dry Irish stout.

Netting celebrated her 100th birthday earlier this month with a Guinness-themed birthday party at her care facility. There were Guinness balloons, a gift basket sent by Guinness and a telegram from Queen Elizabeth II.

Why Guinness for Doris? After World War I, Guinness ran an ad campaign saying the drink was a good source of iron. That was enough for her. She was in her 30s then, and she's been drinking it ever since. By the way, a one-pint serving only has 0.3 milligrams of iron. It's hardly a good source.

What are your secrets to long life?
