2 'Persons of Interest' Taken into Custody in Shrewsbury Stabbing

An investigation is underway after the discovery of a body in Shrewsbury overnight.

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The St. Louis County Police Department have released the follow update;

Two persons of interest have been taken into custody in relation to this incident. They are a 28 year old male and a 21 year old female.

The investigation remains very active at this time and additional information will be disseminated as it becomes available.

Robin Miller, 28, of Spirit Lake, Iowa, is jailed on a $500,000 cash-only bond, facing one count each of second-degree murder, armed criminal action, abandonment of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence.

Abigail Miller, 21, is jailed on a $100,000 cash-only bond, facing one count of abandonment of a corpse.

An investigation is underway after the discovery of a body in Shrewsbury overnight.

St. Louis County Police have been called to handle the case. The body was found by the Walmart on Watson Road. Police are calling the situation "suspicious."

Police say the victim was about 33 years old, and he was stabbed several times. A trail of blood was found between the far end of a large parking lot and the location of the body.

So far, police have not received any other information.
