JUPITER, Fla. (KMOX) - Andrew Miller has pitched in each of the previous five MLB postseasons and explained to KMOX one thing he's taken away from those experiences.

"I think teams that win the World Series have talent and catch breaks and all that stuff, but ultimately it's a team that gets along and has a good time together," Miller says. "I think you can't fake that. You've got to hope everybody comes together and I hope I can be a part of that.

"Certainly if we mesh as a unit, that'll go a long way."

The St. Louis Cardinals new left-handed reliever joined KMOX's Chris Hrabe and Mike Claiborne last week, and also talked about working with pitching coach Mike Maddux, the excitement around this year's team and his previous postseason experience with the Cleveland Indians, New York Yankees and Baltimore Orioles.
