ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Another milestone in the construction of Ballpark Village was hit today, with the "topping off" and official naming of the Class-A Office Tower.

The PwC stands for Pricewaterhouse Coopers which is moving from across the street. Another new tenant will be Butcher-Joseph and Co., an investment bank from Clayton.

To those who say that's just rearranging the deck chairs, Cardinals President Bill DeWitt III says you have to have realistic expectations, "We've only built a 120 thousand square feet of office. It's a big building. There's parking underneath, a rooftop deck and all that. But, at the end of the day it's not a giant, additional influx of capacity into the marketplace."

The PwC Pennant building opens in September.

DeWitt says if things go well selling phase two, the Cardinals will think about starting phase three.

In the last few weeks, glass has been installed on the office building, which sits on the west side of the current Ballpark Village.
