ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A man charged Tuesday in connection with a deadly shooting during a party at Ballpark Village is now in custody.

Scotty Joseph Lee turned himself in to police this morning.

He is accused of pulling a gun following a scuffle during an "Eat. Drink. Chill"  event Sunday night, killing 38-year-old Corey Hall of St. Louis County with a shot to the head.

Another man with Hall remains hospitalized after he was shot in the pelvis.

Police say they acted on public tips to identify Lee as the suspect, adding that the shooting was not random, and the suspect knew the victims.
