"Big Sonia" Documentary Debuts Tonight at Washington University

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A comedy-documentary about a Kansas City Holocaust survivor debuts tonight at Webster University.  "Big Sonia" is the story of a 92-year old woman who gets evicted from her suburban tailor shop, and has to decide whether to relocate or retire.

Clayton High School graduate Leah Warshawski is the main character's granddaughter. She produced and directed the film. Big Sonia runs tonight, Saturday and Sunday, starting at 7:30 each night, at the Winifred Moore Auditorium on Lockwood at Webster University.
