BluePrint 4 Summer Expanding Platform

March 13, 2018 - 8:56 am

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - BluePrint 4 Summer, an online  database that makes it easier for parents to find summer camp enrichment opportunities for their kids, is back for a fourth year. Creator Maxine Clark, the founder of Build-a-Bear, says it's bigger and better.  Parents still search by zip code, price, gender and special interests like sports or art.   .

"This year we also added job postings, so all the local camps here in St. Louis who are looking for camp counselors and life guards and school nurses, they're posting jobs, we have a special posting for jobs, and that's going to be a big help too," she says.

This is the fourth year for BluePrint 4 Summer and it’s spreading.

Denver is bringing BluePrint 4 Summer to Denver, so that's exciting. We are lending them our software and out platform so they can make camps easily available, to the Denver Colorado [area] and eventually all of Colorado," she says.

Parents can also go to BluePrint 4 Summer to find college programs for high school students.
