ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOX) - St. Louis County Police say despite the conclusion of an autopsy, identification of a body found Friday morning south of Bee Tree Park hadn't been made, as of Saturday night.

A worker on the banks of the Mississippi River discovered the remains and alerted police.

Officers say the body is of a white man, and there were no outward signs of injury.

Last Sunday, police announced they were looking for a missing Peoria, Illinois area man whose jeep was found in Bee Tree Park.
