Bowling complex planned for South County Center

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — The future of shopping centers seems to be entertainment.

We've told you this week about the Chesterfield Outlet mall's plans to become experiential with live music and more.

Now the owner of South County Center — CBL — is planning to add Round 1 Bowling and Amusement to fill a space vacated by Sears.

It'll be a first for the state of Missouri. As a Japanese concept, it'll include an arcade, billiards, karaoke, food and drinks.

Construction is expected to start later this year.
