Busch Stadium Will Host Spartan Obstacle Course In August

The Spartan Race is a 3-miles "sprint" with 20 obstacles throughout the confines of Busch Stadium.

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - While the St. Louis Cardinals are in Kansas City for a weekend series, Busch Stadium will host a pack of other athletes on Saturday, August 11. It's the first-ever Spartan Race at Busch Stadium and competitors of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. 

The Cardinals made the announcement on Twitter, Monday morning:

The race is more than three miles long and will take participants into the Cardinals clubhouse, to the top of the 400 section seats and even onto the field.
