Charges Increased for Accused Sex Offender

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A Wentzville man accused of posing as a teenager to have sex with young girls, now faces a slew of additional charges.

Dylan Henderson was originally facing four counts, but a St. Charles County grand jury has now indicted him on 13, stemming from three separate incidents.

According to court documents Henderson faces five charges from an incident that occurred on January first of 2017, including statutory sodomy or attempted sodomy with someone under 14, sexual misconduct with a child under 15 and child molestation. He faces a felonious restraint charge from March first of 2016 and 7 counts, including sexual misconduct and use of a child in a sexual performance, from an incident on April 2nd of 2016.

In one case investigators say that when he was 18, he posed as a 15 year old to meet up with a 13 year old girl. In another case his alleged victim was 12.
