First Lawsuit Filed Against LouFest Organizers

Valley Park-based Logic Systems Sound and Lighting is seeking over $25,000 from Listen Live Entertainment, which owns LouFest.

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A lawsuit has been filed against LouFest organizers by the company that was set to provide sound and lighting for the doomed event.
 
Valley Park-based Logic Systems Sound and Lighting is seeking over $25,000 from Listen Live Entertainment, which owns LouFest.
 
The St. Louis Business Journal reports this is the first lawsuit filed after the September event's abrupt cancellation

Organizers blamed weather and media for the cancellation. Contractors pulled out in the days and weeks leading up to the event due to missing payments by LouFest organizers.
