Garth Brooks Announces Stadium Tour Will Start in St. Louis

He revealed during a press conference Wednesday that the tour's first stop will be the Dome at America's Center!

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Six-time Country Music Awards Singer of the Year Garth Brooks announced Wednesday morning that he'll be kicking off his next tour in St. Louis this coming spring.

Brooks revealed during a press conference from The Country Music Hall of Fame that the tour's first stop will be the Dome at America's Center. He did not give a specific date or other details.

Brooks said there will be 30 stadiums on the tour, with 10 to 12 per year, reports The Tennessean. St. Louis and Glendale, Ariz., were the only tour stops revealed.

Brooks took a break from touring this year to record new music after finishing the three-and-a-half-year-long Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood, his wife. The tour sold over 6.3 million tickets, making it the biggest North American tour in history, and the biggest American tour in the world.
