FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOX) - The night manager at an Imo‘s restaurant in Ferguson is expected to survive, despite being shot four times during an overnight robbery.

Two men wearing masks walked into the Imo's before midnight on Airport Road, where it splits at Harvey, when they announced a robbery. One was armed with a rifle - the other with a handgun.

The night manager struggled with at least one of them, and was shot three times in the back and once in the arm.

The suspects apparently ran from the scene.

Asst. Ferguson Police Chief Frank McCall said police used a dog to try and track them down. The dog followed the suspects' trail for awhile before it went cold.

McCall believes a suspect parked a car nearby and they fled. They got an undetermined amount of money.

The suspects are still at large. They were wearing red and pink hats and black and blue scarves over their faces.

McCall says police will be checking store surveillence video.
