UNDATED (KMOX) — Check your medicine cabinet: a nationwide recall has been issued for liquid ibuprofen for infants.

New Jersey-based Tris Pharma has voluntarily recalled three lots of “Equate,” “CVS Health” and “Family Wellness” branded formula sold at Walmart, CVS, and Family Dollar stores respectively.

The company says the concentrated solution could contain higher amounts of the drug than it should. Adverse effects that may be experienced are nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, or more rarely, diarrhea. Tinnitus, headache and gastrointestinal bleeding are also possible adverse effects.

The recall affects 0.5 oz bottles. Find full details on which code numbers to look for here.
