ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's office within the hour announced a man has been charged in connection with Sunday's deadly shooting at Ballpark Village.

Scotty Joseph Lee has been charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action and assault.

He is accused of pulling a gun during a scuffle at an "Eat, Drink, Chill" event Sunday night at Ballpark Village.

Mjr. Mary Warnecke spoke moments ago during a news conference.

"Detectives worked, you know, pretty much nonstop since this occured," she says. "The first responders on scene faced a very chaotic situation, with all those patrons that were there at the event. They rendered first aid to those that were injured."

Lee, who remains at large, is accused of fatally shooting 38-year-old Corey Hall of St. Louis County in the head, and wounding Hall's friend.
