ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - While he was in town Wednesday, Gov. Mike Parson was asked his reaction to a lawmaker from Springfield pre-filing a bill that would bring Right to Work to Missouri.

"I think it's way early to even discuss that," the governor said. "I think the people spoke on that not too long ago on their feelings on that, and believe me, I think there's a lot more things right now facing Missouri that we need to take a look at."

In August - by an almost 70 percent margin - Missouri voters rescinded a Right-to-Work law that had been passed and signed into law last session by then-Gov. Eric Greitens.

Republican State Senator Elect Eric Burlison is sponsoring the new Right-to-Work bill.
