ST. CHARLES (KMOX) - St. Charles County Public Health officials are testing four people for COVID-19.
County spokeswoman Mary Enger says three people have gone through state testing and results were expected Tuesday, but as of 4:45 Tuesday afternoon it didn't appear test results would be ready. Two of them, a 77-year-old man and 72-year-old woman, traveled to Mexico. They're hospitalized in isolation.

The third case is a 55-year-old woman who traveled to Washington State. She's self quarantined at home.
The fourth case, a 40-year-old man who traveled to Germany, will be tested Tuesday. He's also self quarantined.
All four people are showing symptoms.

NOTE: An earlier version of this story misidentified the person who traveled to Washington state as a man, but she's a woman.
