UPDATE: Potential 7th victim of accused serial rapist comes forward

The 19-year-old turned himself in late Wednesday night.

FLORISSANT, Mo. (KMOX) updated 11 a.m. Thursday — Another potential victim of alleged north St. Louis County sexual predator Dominic Yocco has come forward. If detectives confirm her claims it would bring the number of Yocco's victims to seven.

The 19-year-old who surrendered to police late last night allegedly used Snapchat and other social media platforms to lure the girls, aged 13 to 16, to his home between November 2016 and July 2018. Police say Yocco had sex with the girls while they were unconscious or without their consent.

Yocco is charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape, first-degree statutory rape and third-degree assault. St. Louis County Police considered him a sexual predator.
