CLAYTON/HILLSBORO, Mo. (KMOX) -- The man accused of sexually assaulting two women and killing a third at a Ballwin Catholic Supply store in November has now been charged in a September attack.
Thomas Bruce now faces burglary, kidnapping, assault, sexual abuse and harrassment charges in the attack on a 77-year-old woman in her home near Hillsboro in late September.

Bruce allegedly pretended to be with the American Veterans (AMVETS), forced his way inside the woman's home and made her perform sex acts.
It's unclear how Bruce knew his victim, if at all. Authorities say this case might not have been solved were it not for the woman recognizing Bruce's mugshot after the Catholic Supply attacks. Also, a device installed in Bruce's car to track his driving for insurance discounts put his vehicle at the woman's address at the time of the crime.
