ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - An arrest's been made for a Thanksgiving Day killing in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood.

St. Louis police say 49-year-old Robert Smith faces charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Smith's accused of firing the shot that killed 61-year-old Todd Toston Sr. in the 1400 block of Arlington.

Police say an argument over personal matters turned into a fight, and eventually Smith pulling the trigger.
