Mozeliak expects MLB markets to get 'more active' this week

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The holiday snooze in Major League Baseball is over. Although we're a little more than five weeks away from St. Louis Cardinals pitchers and catchers reporting for Spring Training, some players and coaches are already there and it's only going to get busier in Jupiter, Fla. 

"I would say this past week we felt a little busier in the office in terms of talking with clubs," Mozeliak says.

He says St. Louis' roster is not yet "complete" for 2020 and that there are still plenty of decisions that will be made over the next five to six weeks before Spring Training. 

Last week our conversation with Mozeliak was about "not trying to win the offseason" and his faith in the club after adding some international talent to the pitching staff.
