ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Mosquitoes in Jefferson County are testing positive for West Nile Virus.  The county health department says those mosquitoes were collected near the end of June in Kimmswick and Arnold.  Health officials are asking people to help stop the spread of the virus by removing standing water from such things as bird baths and gutters, and wearing insect repellent with DEET.
