ST. LOUIS (KMOX)-You have one more chance to have input on Design Downtown, a roadmap for downtown St. Louis over the next decade.

Since it can't host a real open house, Downtown STL Inc. is holding a virtual open house from today, May 11, through May 22.

"Basically, it's like a website," says Downtown STL Inc President Missy Kelley. "It has questions that you go through. You get to look at pictures and it describes what we're thinking and then asks you questions. In some cases we ask you to rank different strategies and ideas to see what you think of those."

St. Louisans are being asked to leave comments and ideas of their own.

The plans have been put together over the last nine months by urban planners, with public input.

Kelley says many of the ideas deal with making the spaces between downtown's active venues, more active. "Whether it's pop-up venues. If it's public art. If it's an activity, something that can be interacted with. Maybe adding additional green space."

The Design Downtown plan is scheduled to be completed in late June and submitted to the city in July. Check it out at
