Hope Catherine Is on the Move! 8 of Hoda Kotb's Major Mom Moments
Hoda Kotb has hit a ton of milestones this year between adopting her youngest daughter, Hope Catherine, and getting engaged to her longtime boyfriend Joel Schiffman. Now, she gets to enjoy all of the moments in between.
Kotb isn't new to the mom game, but she's new to some of the magical moments that come with it - from watching her youngest crawl for the first time to going out for a beach stroll.
Here are some of Kotb's best mom moments in between takes at the TODAY show:
She celebrates her kids' victories.
Kotb's youngest, Hope Catherine, crawled for the first time after loading up on Thanksgiving dinner. The video shows an excited Kotb cheering on her daughter as she wiggles across the floor.
She plays photographer for the sweet moments.
There's nothing like sand between your toes and the ocean waves to help cheer you on as you accomplish your mom goals. Kotb plays photographer for her little one and Schiffman as they're seen strolling up the sand.
She let's her kids take on the big jobs.
Kotb can be seen snuggling up with her little ones as older sister Haley Joy feeds her newborn little sibling, Hope Catherine. Nothing wrong with teaching your little helpers young!
She's got a "the more, the merrier" mentality.
Kotb couldn't do it all without her incredible tribe. That's why she's gotten her "NBC posse" in on the action to give her girls some extra cuddles. There's nothing like a love from all sides to show off your true mom superpowers.
She's big on celebrating the important stuff.
There's no birthday too small for a giant cake! Kotb posted this photo as her eldest daughter, Haley Joy, blew out the candles on her birthday cake. She even made it a family affair with Schiffman at her side.
She knows when it's time to be a little silly.
Halloween is the perfect time to put on your best Elmo outfit, right!? Kotb wasn't afraid to whip out the feathers and headpieces for a festive holiday with her kids.
She understands the importance of an afternoon stroll.
There's something about the fresh air that puts a smile on everyone's face. Kotb can be seen above strolling through the streets with her little girls in tow, all smiles.
She makes room for plenty of time with the grandparents.
Nothing says being a mom like letting your own mom swoop in and save the day sometimes. There is certainly no shortage of grandma photos to go around with Kotb's mother in the mix.
