Six Shot Over Holiday Weekend

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Police aren't saying much yet about the overnight murder in Soulard.

 The killing happened at about 12:30 this morning.  A man in his 40's was shot outside the bar "Bastille", at Russell and Menard. Police aren't saying yet if they know who shot him or why.

That shooting was the sixth over the long weekend in the city.

Among the other victims, a man in his 30's who, at last report, is still alive despite being shot several times at MLK and North Garrison last evening. Also a 15-year-old who was shot in the back late Sunday night at Gravois and Bamburger, in the Tower Grove South neighborhood and two teens who were wounded in a Friday night drive-by in the 8500 of Park Lane.
