ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis Police have released private video surveillance showing a 79-year-old man being forced inside his home, beaten and robbed.

The victim, who's not been identified, says he was on the front porch of his home near Grand and Lafayette last Friday afternoon when a black man wearing a dark peacoat, khakis, a tan baseball hat and a skull mask forced himself inside.

The suspect can be heard telling the victim to "shut up" and demanding a gun, which the victim says he doesn't have.

The surveillance video came from the victim's "nest" camera, which was inside his home.
