ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — Refunds could be coming soon for St. Louis Rams fans who bought tickets and merchandise before Stan Kroenke took the team to Los Angeles.

A St. Louis circuit judge gave preliminary approval this week for a settlement of a class-action lawsuit accusing the team of misleading fans about its intention to stay in St. Louis.
