HOUSE SPRINGS, Mo. (KMOX) — A tiny house that was stolen in south St. Louis last weekend appears to have been found in Jefferson County.

Sheriff Dave Marshak tweeted a photo of the house and stated it was found in House Springs.

The owner of the house, Meghan Panu, had built it herself for about 20-thousand dollars and featured it in the Facebook group "Saint Louis Tiny Living."

She spent the last few days in frantic search for the tiny house, with reported sightings ranging from Kingdom City, Missouri all the way to Arizona.

Panu's tiny house was stolen from the area of Gravois and Michigan Avenues sometime Friday evening to Saturday morning.
