Superintendent Charged With Pooping On School's Football Field

After stakeouts by police and school staff members, surveillance cameras reportedly caught Tramaglini in the act.

A New Jersey Police Department alerted its citizens via Facebook on Thursday that they had caught the person responsible for the "human feces, on or near the area of the High School track / football field on a daily basis."

The man turned out to be the superintendent of a nearby school district. 

Thomas Tramaglini, 42, of Matawan, NJ, was charged with "Lewdness, Littering, and Defecating in Public" after stakeouts by police, school resource officers and school staff members. Surveillance cameras were also set up, and reportedly caught Tramaglini in the act.

He lives just a few miles away from the school, and was running on the high school's track around 5:50 a.m. when he was caught, reports

Tramaglini's school district posted on its Facebook page that he was placed on "paid leave of absence." He was making nearly $150,000 per year.
