Suspected Shooter Deceased at YouTube HQ

Four victims were transported to local hospitals for gunshot-related injuries.

SAN BRUNO, Calif. (KMOX) - Gunfire erupted from within YouTube Headquarters in Northen California on Tuesday.

San Bruno Police Chief Ed Barberini confirmed that the shooter, identified as a female, died by "self-inflicted wound."

He said four victims were transported to local hospitals for gunshot-related injuries.

San Francisco General Hospital said it received three patients: one male in critical condition and two females in serious and fair condition. Stanford Medical Center also said it received a patient from the incident.

City Manager Connie Jackson said there had been multiple 911 calls reporting a shooting. 

Google has thus far only confirmed that it is “coordinating with authorities,” promising further updates as information becomes available.
