ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - There's concern this morning about the well-being of a wheelchair-bound Frontenac man and his caretaker.

21-year-old Hayden Clarke, who has MS and needs help with daily activities, hasn't been seen since leaving his home with 43-year-old Teresa Bronner Monday afternoon.

They left the home on Conwyck lane about 4:30 and were supposed to return by 5 p.m.

The last clue as to their whereabouts were phone pings that police say indicate Hayden was in the city of St. Louis, in an area he does not frequent.

Clarke is white, 5’6”, 175 pounds with blonde hair. He is in a wheelchair. Bronner is black, 5’4”, and weighs 175 pounds.

It's believed the two may be in a 2016 Honda Odyssey with Missouri plates DA1-N8Z.

If you see them, you are asked to call Frontenac police or 911.
