Wildwood Council Approves Hidden Valley Zip Lines

July 24, 2018 - 7:48 am

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Wildwood council members won't stand in the way of Hidden Valley ski resort adding zip lines to its attractions.  Last night, they accepted planning and zoning commissioners' approval of the expansion. Wildwood council member Tim Woerther says there's only one change to the plans.

An addition was made of a berm, maybe between three to four feet in height, and that berm to be planted with grass. That would be at the end of line four, which is on a direct line to the nearest residence,” he says.

Hidden Valley has debated these zip lines with Wildwood officials for months. Now, Woerther says, it looks like they'll be able to move forward.
