St. Louis Police files charges against 2 women in case of missing 4-year-old

Paisley Bolda was found safe on Friday and her mother and one other woman have been charged

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis Police have filed charges against the two women accused of taking a 4-year-old girl without permission last week. 

Paisley Bolda was taken from her father's girlfriend in South City early Wednesday morning. Police believed she was taken by her non-custodial mother, Bianca Digar.

Digar, 26, and Eileen Marino, 24, both face first-degree tresspassing charges. And Marino is also being charged with fourth-degree assault.

Police told KMOX they located the child, Friday evening after an aid call from S. 37th St. and Eichelberger was related to this case.

The 4-year-old is in juvenile division custody, and was taken to the hospital to double-check for injuries. The suspects were also taken into custody, Friday.
