ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — A man reportedly tried to rob a South City Burger King from the comfort of his own vehicle last night after 11 p.m.

St. Louis Metro Police say a black male in his 20s placed an order in the drive-thru at the B-K on Hampton near Tilles Park.

When he arrived at the window, he reportedly pulled a gun on an employee and demanded money. The employee backed away and called police, and the suspect drove off without taking any money.

He was wearing a dark hat and blue bandana covering his face, but it's not known what kind of vehicle he was in.
