Dr. Fred Buckhold, a SLU Care general internist at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital.  And new coronary concerns for COVID-19 patients -- with Dr. Elie Azrak, cardiologist at SSM Heatlh DePaul Hospital.   Dr. Buckhold says he's saddened but not surprised by the video and photos of all the people violating social distancing guidelines over the Memorial Day Weekend at a big pool party in the Lake of the Ozarks.  Dr. Buckhold says these people are shortsighted about their own health and the health of those around them whom they love once they return home.  He says maybe nothing will come of this -- or maybe we will see Missouri's numbers start to rise again -- but Dr. Buckhold says many of us just don't understand how dangerous and contagious COVID-19 can be.  Dr. Azrak tells us about a new study that finds right ventricle enlargement is a major predictor for mortality among COVID patients.  And he has some suggestions for people with heart conditions about what they should be on the lookout for these days.  And he says don't be afraid to go to the ER if you think you are having a heart attack or a stroke.
