Toasted Ravioli, Student Lunch Debt, and Food Stamps

Overnight America
Monday, July 22nd
Over the weekend Pat Maroon has his day with the cup.  He took it to Charlie Gitto's and had Toasted Ravioli in it.  Ryan then discusses a school districts decision to tell parents who's children have lunch debts; pay up or we will have your kids taken away.  Ryan also talks about a request from Police in Massachusetts to hold off crime until the heat wave passes.  Rounding out the hour, Ryan speaks with a woman who says Food Stamps are being abused in extreme rural areas and deep Urban (low-income) areas.
